Dear Angi:

As I picked up the phone to call you for advice on a new community, I realized that five years ago I entered your Feng Shui world a novice and now I admit that you have strongly influenced my life. When I hear others discuss Feng Shui, I usually offer my opinion and information in an effort to help others undersand this delicate theory of balance. Not that I am an expert, probably just enough information to be dangerous!

I've been negligent in thanking you for your enthusiastic help over the years. Our work together on HILLTOP in Roland Heights culminated in outstanding success! As you projected, our buyer profile was 98% Asian with the majority being Chinese. Your critique of our architectural plans, tweaking of appliance locations, bathroom locations, water and fire elements, and WOK kitchens were a great help. Your work with our interior designers enabled better placements of beds, mirrors, other furniture, and interior color choices. Because of your valuable input, we altered architecture in an effort to delight our customers. Hilltop at Roland Heights sold at a very fast pace, ahead of profoma, with no design complaints from our Asian homebuyers. Because of your input, we had a product that better satisfied our consumers.

I love your new book! It is very clear and easy to understand. I appreciate your dedication to your trade. Your relentless effort to bridge that cultural gap through a better understanding is admirable. I can tell that you love your work.

Sincerely,

Maggie McIntee
